I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience regarding your Company (Advanced Moving and Storage) and your employees because I find so many times we as consumers will complain easily about the smallest of things and not take our time to complement when things go extremely well and have very good experience.
Jim, let me start by saying when I first called your company and asked a lot of questions regarding our companies moving needs not only was the person I spoke with very knowledgeable but patient with answering all my questions and when an appointment time was being set up it was scheduled for my convenience which was really great, then when things where scheduled your people not only showed up on time but when they entered thehome they all had protective materials over their shoes as not to get anything messed up inside the home. They began immediately protecting everything on the floors, railings etc. and not only did your employees take extreme care to pack everything but then they had everthing packed and on the truck they were 15-20 minutes earlier of when they originally estimated time it would take. Jim, I have to say everything from start to finish went extremely well and knowing everything is being stored so safely in your warehouse makes us feel more secure because when it comes time to get our furniture moved into our new place that your company will use the same care and moving will go great. When looking for a local mover this spring I picked your company out of the yellow pages. I was not familiar with your company but could not find anyone to move use from the south suburbs up to the north west suburbs. I took your offer because of the guaranteed lower price.
